RIP 1968 Mexican block *el diablo*

this is an end of an era, tonight we laid a dear friend to rest, a friend that was with us for 3 years, he stuck with us through all of our stupidity, learning, and beatings, carried this 1989 mustang into the 10s many times, he has finally called it quits. survived by 4 broken pistons, and most of a rotating assembly he will be remembered...

remember all the good times ladies and gentleman.

Remember the mexican.

A little closer to the goal...

little bit more time on the dyno last night with ryans car, sounding and running great at 8, 10, and 12psi...

went to jump right to 16psi and we had the boost cut set there, and it was set for fuel cut, took out the plugs in the car, so we called it a night.

going to go back up when new plugs are in but other than that the car is getting closer to the goal...

Vinnys Coupe Dyno

This is actually franks old car wich he sold to Vinny, 375inch windsor based motor with a pt101mm turbo (106mm necked down to a 101) car makes great power and frank has piloted it to 7.35 @ 195mph. Vinny just got the motor rebuilt and they threw it on the dyno today with 0miles and made a 20psi, 24, and 34psi dyno runs before taking it to the track to make sure all is in order. Even though the tires spun at 34psi. Enjoy!

Numedia april 12th

Took the trans am and the turbo rusty to numedia dragway today, what a beautiful day for drag racing, ryan testing out his new fuel system, wastegate setup, and 28 inch full slick's. Ryan set a new best time at 10.505 @ 131.99mph he even yanked the wheels 2x today, but their 60ft clock wasnt working, im certain they were in the 1.4x range for those times. Donovan was doing pretty good, a couple of high 10s, tieing up his 10.75 run again, he started to have trouble with the noids, also he forgot his hp tunerz software so he couldnt change his shift points wich needed minor changing, also he needs to go slightly lower on his spraying rpm.
