we checked the fluids and buttoned it up, and then drove her to the dyno, it made 530rwhp on 13psi, so it is doing great, we will jam a little more wastegate spring in there and see how she does on 19-20

sadly the turbo truck is broken, not because of tune, or horsepower limit, but from a bolt accidentally dropped into the engine, oh well. new slug and back out for spring

our sloppy sub-contractor Corey E built some longbars for the truck, these feel amazing already and should really help the truck out at the track we will see tomorrow!

we also mounted a house wallswitch in the truck to do table switching to change it from locking up in 2nd gear at 50mph, what works best on the street, to 3rd gear at 95mph what works best at the track.

we metup and drove out to island, swapped on our slicks and gave it our best. some playing around with tire pressure and technique, corey managed a 11.94 @ 112mph 1.64 60ft!

even though we figured it wouldnt hold full boost, and it didnt, the dyno roller doesnt weigh enough to load up this big turbo automatic truck correctly...

swapped converters today...

swapped converters with the ventura and the truck, and it couldnt have turned out better, the venturas converter in the truck works perfectly.

the converter stalls like 2500 and stops, then you can pump up the brakes, floor the gas, it hits like 6psi, then keeps going up, itll open the gate on 10psi and then its at like 3400 rpm, holds tight

the truck did great for its first time out, 12psi, pushing through the converter hard on the top end still going 12.1 @ 111

now we know it needs the tighter converter, and 3.73s and a 28 inch tire. should really move then!
