Level 2 Axels in the cobra
Corey got his level 2 axels in the mail today, about 10pm we decided to install them because he wants to race at Etown tomorrow morning. You have to take apart the stock axel and swap over the tripod bearing into the new axels and use the inner hub and ABS ring of the old axel. Pretty sloppy job, no problem, we have a bunch of slops for that. Installation went pretty smooth, other than breaking a shock bolt that wouldent come apart, running to the sloppy nuts and bolts bin at ryans house proved a quick fix. Car drives great, its all loaded up with slicks and tools for tomorrow, Corey and I will be driving down to Etown tomorrow and he will be making some passes, then we will be going to the west end fair for the tractor pull!
