Island Dragway Sunday

Well, I decided not to take the bike to the dragstrip, lots of cars were going so I figured I would just catch video and pictures and just watch. Day went pretty well for Timmy, had the truck out since he installed many goodies, I know he did a converter, and installed a shift kit and traction bars, also some drag wheels and tires. He ran very consistent 12.7s around 107mph as I recall. Donovan ran an 11.0 and bent a support for his transmission, so he needs to get that sorted out and then he can up his shot and really go for broke. Ryan's car was breaking up in boost, we gapped the plugs wider when we replaced them and i guess that was a mistake, yeah well, easily fixed. They are gunna get gapped nice and tight and it will be out again. I think we are going to race this wednesday night at Island. Coreys car is still having the cut out issue, he replaced the feed line in the gastank because that is a known issue, but he really needs to swap out his rail pressure sending unit. He already ordered one at the dealer and is taking the cobra in monday to get an alighnment and he can swap that out. Should be some mean times coming shortly, I also havent ran the bike since i installed the quickshifter.

Pictures from the even were taken by Cody, so instead of rehosting all the pictures i will just link you to his photopage. I will Have video uploaded soon
