Exhaust and Fenders

Well, as much fun as the strait pipe dumps were, we knew we would get tired of hearing em, the raspyness up top and just too many nasty sounds coming out, not as smooth as we thought the turbo would make it, Ryan Decided to make a 3 inch 18inch long dynomax bullet, and just dump that, 3 inch no BS. So we cut the twins off and got to work making the 3 inch section, also Ryan had no hangers for 3 inch pipe so his uncle stretched out the 2.5 and we heated a threaded rod he had laying around and bent it over a 3 inch pipe. Tacked it in place and checked the fit, then finish welded it and i painted it. While i was globbing the paint on we were seeing if the 26inch Sticky Mickeys would fit on the 240, Ryan and his uncle taped off the fenders and got to work cutting them so the tires wouldent rub, that all went really well, took no time at all, bolted the wheels in, put the exhaust on no problem. Dropped the car back on the wheels and fired her up, exhaust sounds great, ryan took it for a quick drive and it took all the annoying sounds out and makes it sound a little more mellow, it still sounds great at idle and crusing but its just not as "clappy" as i would describe it, and no rasp in the higher rpms. Youll definately be hearing it in some video clips later. Without further delay, here are the pics.
